Workshop of oriental arts "Chainka" supports the Great Chinese Calligraphy and Painting exhibition

Workshop "Chainka" is an artistic space which provides the opportunities to everyone who wants to learn the traditional and contemporary Chinese and Japanese painting and calligraphy, and receive diverse information on cultural values of the Orient. In a workshop everyone can learn Chinese, Japanese painting and calligraphy in groups and inividually and also visit master-classes on painting, ceramics and other oriental arts.

One of the founders of the workshop, a painter Olga Sumarokova has given some of her works for presentation at the Great Chinese Painting and Calligraphy exhibition, dedicated to the anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relationship between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China.

Olga Sumarokova is a member of the International association of painters of Chinese calligraphy and painting sumi-e, Tokyo, Japan (International Chinese Calligraphic Art and Ink Painting Artist Society), in 2013 and 2014 she took the courses of Chinese painting , including sei, landscape and hunbi styles, from the teacher Tiang Ley at the University of Anshan in China.
