Dear all!
I am very emotional and excited to present the first and the only one in Russia Kalligraf magazine (“The Calligrapher”) about unique calligraphy professionals. This project comes as a logical extension to the activities of the World Calligraphy Museum, and the International Exhibition of Calligraphy.
I hope it will help promote this art and introduce many authentic talents, uncommon techniques and styles, and original methodologies to the readers. Its pages will tell the stories of magical changes in life and creative journeys of the artists, and the winding paths that can lead to this occupation. I want to believe that Kalligraf will inspire and motivate for development. Our team aims at cultural and reflective readers who love the word, do calligraphy or only make their first steps towards this fascinating universe.
We want to unite the enthusiasts in a space suitable for free dialogue, as our magazine is open to the exchange of opinions on a whole host of issues. I am sure Kalligraf will become an interesting and substantial international venue to discuss hot topics and challenges associated with the art of fine writing.
