• Creating a greeting card sealed with stamp and wax.

Instruments and materials:

• IQ Selection paper or any other paper suitable for writing with pointed pen with basis weight not exceeding 90g/m2.
• Pointed nib (e.g. Leonardt 256 drawing nib or Leonardt Steno nib).
• Pen holder.
• Ink reservoir.
• Black ink.
• 25 cm ruler.
• Scissors.
• Optional: Сolour ink, colour paper or cardboard A4.

• Organizing your work space. Hand position for left-handers.
• Practicing basic strokes from Edward Johnston’s Foundation Hand.
• Practicing Ciryllic and Latin letters with regard to their ligaments with the basics of kerning, or character spacing explained.
• Creating artistic composition.

The workshop agenda combines practical exercises with physical exercises (drills to ease hand muscle tension.) A tea brake is also included.
