The National School of Calligraphy announces the enrollment to the calligraphy course for children. The classes will start from the end of October/the beginning of December, 2022, and will be held each Saturday.

The World Calligraphy Museum is temporarily closed since it is currently hosting a temporary hospital for patients with COVID-19.

Calligraphy courses for adults, junior and senior school children at the National School of Calligraphy have finished.

On March 23, the first class of the Pointed Pen Calligraphy course for adults took place in the Children's Art Center. It's still not too late to enroll, make your handwriting beautiful, and acquire a skill that will let you stand out in the digital age where all skills boil down to keyboarding skills.

Group classes start in March. This year the school offers both online and in-person education. In-person classes will start on March 23 and April 3. The classes will be held at the Sokolniki Children's Art Center. Online classes will start on March 11 using the Zoom platform

We are pleased to announce that enrollment is now open for kids ages 7 and up for the "Penmanship" and "Beautiful Handwriting" courses at the National School of Calligraphy. The courses will begin in-person on February 6 at the Sokolniki Children's Art Center, classes will be held every Saturday until the end of May. Last Saturday, the workshop in creating a New Year calligraphic postcard took place in the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy. The participants were able to make a postcard without any assistance and write a New Year’s greeting in a copperplate script
