Volgograd Hosted a One-man Show by a Participant of the International Exhibition of Calligraphy

Avraham Borshevsky from Israel, Master of sacred Hebrew calligraphy and participant of the International Exhibition of Calligraphy project has held a solo exhibition in a Volgograd synagogue.

The exhibition was supported by the Volgograd Jewish Community Center and the Embassy of Israel in Russia.

The exhibition displayed 18 masterpieces by the Israeli master. Many of them have been exhibited in the USA, Slovakia, India, as well as in Israel and Russia, including the International Exhibition of Calligraphy, the world’s largest project dedicated to the art of beautiful handwriting. The project has made a strong impression on the majority of those present.

The World Famous Mezuzah, Avraham Borshevsky’s most renowned work is placed in the Guinness World Records and is stored at the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy.
