The III International Exhibition of Calligraphy’s Organizers’ Committee has been established recently
Sergei Mitin, the Novgorod Region Governor has signed a special order that established the Organizers’ Committee of the III International Exhibition of Calligraphy to be held in Veliky Novgorod on September 10-12, 2010. Governor Mitin himself was appointed the Committee Chairman, Alexey Shaburov, Head of the International Exhibition of Calligraphy was appointed Deputy Chairman. Yuri Bobryshev, Mayor of Veliky Novgorod has also confirmed he would participate as a member of the Committee. Other members of the Organizers’ Committee are listed below:
V. Averkin, Chairman of the Committee for Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Novgorod Region;
V. Veber, President of the Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University;
I. Verhodanov, Chairman of the Committee on Public Communication Policy of the Novgorod Region;
A. Gabitov, Deputy Head of the local administration;
S. Gololobov, Deputy Head of Department of Internal Affairs of the Novgorod Region, Chief of Public Security Police;
N. Grigoryeva, Chairman of the Committee on Culture, Tourism and Archives of the Novgorod Region;
N. Grinyov, Director General of the Novgorod State United Museum-Reserve, a federal state cultural institution;
S. Darevsky, Director General of the Slavia State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company under the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, a federal state unitary enterprise subsidiary;
Yu. Kolomytseva, Director of the State Museum of Artistic Culture of the Novgorod Land, a public culture and art institution;
O. Fyodorova, Lead Specialist of the Department of Religious Education and Catechization of Novgorod Eparchy of the Russian Orthodox Church (on agreement);
V. Yushkevich, Acting Director General of the Novgorod Regional Television, an autonomous non-for-profit organization.
The order was published in the official newspaper of Novgorod Region, Novgorodskie Vedomosti, # 19 (3472) dated February 20, 2010. The information concerning the order signature is posted on the official web-site of the Novgorod Region Administration.
