Expedition visited Emalis museum

As the expedition tour across private museums continues, the team visited Emalis, the museum of enamelling art in Yaroslavl. Opened in 1992 by the people's artist of Russia Alexander Karikh in the 1786 house of merchant Belozerov, the museum features stoving enamelled exhibits from Russia, Iran, France, Italy, the U.S., China, Japan, Spain and CIS countries, dating back to the 18th century. The guests were given a tour, including a workshop where they made a stoving enamelled pendant with their own hands.
