Moscow Calligraphy Museum to Showcase a Unique Collection of Quills at the Museum Anniversary

The Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy is Opening a New Exhibition in Celebration of the Museum’s 10th Anniversary. The exposition will display rare books, calligraphy on birch bark, and Russia’s largest unique collection of quill pens, museum director and founder Alexey Shaburov told Russian news agency TASS.

“The exhibition will display a great number of most fascinating objects, including Chinese calligraphy and Vladimir Wolfson’s unique collection of quills”, said Alexey Shaburov and noted that some of the exhibits cannot be found even in European collections.
