生平

原名秦小军，字永青,号永州龙人、龙人居士、墨艺轩主人，1974年7月出生于湖南永州。从小酷爱书法和美术，1994-1996年进入中央美术学院进修书法艺术专业，师承欧阳中石、李铎等书法名师，1995年作品被时任广东省宣传部长于幼军、宣传部副部长兼广东省文联主席刘斯奋收藏，并亲自推荐加入中国书法家协会广东分会。

现为中国书法家协会会员、国家一级美术师、中国青年书法家协会理事、广东省书法家协会会员、广州天河区书法家协会主席团成员兼常务副秘书长、中国艺术研究院研究员、中国当代书法家协会高级书画家、古代怀素书法艺术研究会理事、黄河书画院特邀书画师兼客座教授等 。
