The Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy, the first museum in Russia dedicated to the art of handwriting, is to be opened in Moscow. A unique exhibition of over 250 exhibits from around the world is prepared to hit at the event. Among other masterpieces there is a handwritten copy of the Constitution of the Russian Federation prepared to mark the 15th anniversary of the current Constitution. The exposition fascinates with a spatial light game, videos rolling on five screens, flower installation, old manuscripts and more things to help the audience comprehend one of the oldest arts in the world. Crossing the threshold of the museum the visitors will find themselves in a whole different world with unique lights that set the creative mood and spirituality of the beauty which is so suitable for this “pantheon of calligraphy”.
