Biography
Vera Ilyina was born in 1962. In 2015 she became a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Ilyina took part in 120 exhibitions across Russia and in other countries, and holds 10 international contest awards. Her works can be found in the museum collections in Russia, including the GULAG History Museum, the State Museum of Russian Political History, the library museum “Knigi Blokadnogo Goroda” (The Books of the Sieged City), the Memorial Museum “Raznochinny Peterburg”, Mayakovsky Central Open City Library in Saint Petersburg, and in private collections in Russia, the U.S. etc.
