Chinese Actress Sun Li Displays Calligraphy Work on Weibo

Chinese actress Sun Li displayed her calligraphy work on her Sina Weibo, a Chinese version of Twitter, on February 17th, 2014, which drew netizens to praise her dedicated handwriting.

«It is my first time writing in golden ink,» Sun wrote. «I really like it.» Some netizens have declared that they find Sun's work inspiring, and want to follow Sun's example of being a person who loves life and understands life.

Betty Sun or Sun Li (born September 26, 1982) is a Chinese actress. She is also called Bo Fu, and uses the alias «Wen-cheng-ju-shi».

Sun is member of the China Calligraphers Association and Calligraphy and Art Committee of China Couplet Institute. In 1999, she won First Prize in the 1st Henan One-thousand People Temporary-posts Exhibition (held by Henan Calligraphers Association). In 2009, she was selected into the 2nd China Youth Calligraphy and Seal-cutting Exhibition held by China Calligraphers Association.
