The Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy is Waiting for Guests Again

Good news! The Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy begins a new season and opens its doors to all lovers of calligraphy.

From October 5, 2011 once again Muscovites and Moscow visitors will have the opportunity to touch the mysterious world of letters, see calligraphy masterpieces from around the world or simply spend some good time surrounded by the most sophisticated of all arts.

The new season offers exciting tours, master classes, theme soirees and arts festivals of different countries.

Moreover, on October 5, 2011 we start classes at the National School of Calligraphy that works under the Museum. We are proud that, along with "freshmen", we have some advanced students. Advanced Level is the hardest; having graduated from this level the students shall become true masters. Such an impressive number of people willing to learn this rare and difficult art speaks for itself — in the age of progress and high-tech many wish to return to the roots and feel the warmth of hand-written lines... Well, it may be said without exaggeration that only in our Museum and School of Calligraphy one can step behind the veil of a secret world of signs.

Everyone is welcome to the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy at Sokolniki Park, from Tuesday to Sunday.
