Talk on calligraphy and psychotherapy in Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy

On August 29 the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy hosted an unusual talk that focused on calligraphy and psychotherapy. Calligraphy artist Varvara Panteleeva introduced two classic writing styles – copperplate and Spencerian, while psychotherapist Ludmila Kulanina, the Advisor to Director of the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy, spoke about the natural methods of self-regulation for those wielding calligraphy skills, and available to anyone. The talk gave an opportunity not only to gain new knowledge but also to share news and individual experiences.
