Terms of use

1. A single ticket entitles you to a one-time visit to each item and in just one free form, 1 mug of a hot non-alcoholic drink in the cafe "Merkato".

2. The right to free passage of children under 6 years (in the Innopark - up to 3 years), inclusive, accompanied by an adult with a single ticket.

3. A single ticket is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase of the ticket; each object can be passed independently of the others.

4. Visiting a single ticket is carried out in the conduct of the opening hours of each facility. The sequence of visiting objects is arbitrary.

5. A ticket is a cash receipt or a printed electronic ticket purchased at the ticket offices, terminals or on the Park's website, as well as in partner ticket services. In order to avoid repeated visits to one ticket, the administrator of each object places a stamp, date and signature on the check or electronic ticket.

6. Return of an unused ticket is made no later than 14 calendar days after the expiration of the validity of the ticket. The partially used ticket is not refunded. For the return of an unused ticket purchased at the ticket office or in the terminals of the park (check), it is necessary at the cash desk of the Directorate (write a letter, present an identity document and return the ticket.)
