Representatives of Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy are first international visitors of Museum of Art in Shenzhen

On April 3 the team of the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy visited the Museum of Art in Pingshan district of Shenzhen, as a part of their business trip across China. Opened in 2019, this is a brand new museum, and the Russian guests were the first international visitors of the unique facility. The museum focuses on the ideas of the contemporary Chinese art and globalization. Built as a multi-store building with a plenty of open exhibition spaces inspired by classic contemporary urbanism, it is designed to reflect the combination of classic Chinese art and contemporary technology, which ranks Shenzhen as one of the most advanced innovation centres in the world. During the tour, Alexey Shaburov, Director of the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy, had a meeting with Mrs. Pang, Deputy Head of Propaganda Department in the District Administration of Pingshan district in Shenzhen.
