Delegation of Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy visited Hong Kong as a part of business trip across China

On March 29, 2019, Alexey Shaburov, Director of the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy, visited a unique exhibition named ASIAN 20th CENTURY AND Contemporary Art. Following it, he noted that calligraphy and painting artworks play a special part in the plentiful world of contemporary Chinese art, and truly adorn this exhibition. In parallel, the Marriott hotel hosted the famous Hong Kong auction CHINA GUARDIAN HONG KONG AUCTIONS 2019, which revealed the works of Chinese calligraphers to be in increased demand, which once again emphasized the importance of the forthcoming project, The Great Chinese Calligraphy and Painting, scheduled for autumn this year. The exhibition will take place between September 20 and 22, 2019, in Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre. The project is designed to celebrate the 70th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relationships between Russia and China.
