Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy will introduce for the first time new artworks of the Iranian calligrapher Mr Naser Tawoosi on the 7th of September

On the 19th of August 2019 Mr Hamid Hadavi, President of the Ibn Sina Islamic Culture Research Foundation and Mr Seyed Nasser Tabaei, Vice-President of the Foundation, visited the Contemporary museum of calligraphy.

Earlier the Ibn Sina Islamic Culture Research Foundation donated two unique works of Iranian calligrapher Mr Naser Tawoosi to the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy: "The purity of hand - from a pure heart", "A single root of Abrahamic religions". It should be reminded, that on the 12th of July 2019 within days of the Iranian calligraphy in Moscow with the support of Ibn Sina Islamic Culture Research Foundation, a remarkable Iranian calligrapher visited our museum and was impressed with the high level of the artwork collection that he decided to present his calligraphic works in Russia, specifically at the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy.

Director of the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy Mr Alexey Shaburov showed the guests the artworks in their unique framing, specially picked by the museum for these beautiful masterpieces, and informed that works of the famous master Naser Tawoosi will be presented for the first time for public viewing on the 7-8 of September 2019 at the "Private Museums of Russia. Talents of Russia" exhibition, one of organizers of which is the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy. Also the director of museum presented Mr Hamid Hadavi a certificate for Mr Naser Tawoosi, confirming that his works are carefully stored at the fund of the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy. Also the honorable guests were invited for the solemn opening of the "Private Museums of Russia. Talents of Russia" exhibition, which will be held at 11:00 a.m. on the 7th of September.
