Christmas Card workshop

As the New Year approaches, longing for wonders we are so keen to share the warmth and joy with family and friends. Let’s immerse ourselves into the holiday atmosphere and spend a Sunday doing art — a Christmas card with the best wishes for your family in fine and elegant handwriting. Katerina Orf, designer and calligraphy artist, will guide us as we go. The best gift is for sure the one made lovingly, so if there is a spark of beauty in your soul, do not hesitate to start a fire with it and illuminate the world around you.

The workshop is designed for two hours and includes the following:

— Insight into the history of cards

— Introduction of pointed and broad nib techniques

— Making a designer card

— Decorating the card

— Contest to choose the finest card, the winner to receive a gift from the museum.
